We personally adore the extremely unpretentious Cellario family of winemakers with hearts of gold. Working with only local indigenous Piedmontese grape varieties, there’s no occasion a litre bottle of E! wouldn’t be welcomed with open arms.
Barbera and Dolcetto grapes work together to give “glou-glou” style – quenching and refillable. We’re tasting fresh cherry, forest-grown wild thyme, soft tannin.
