WHAT IS NATURAL WINE?
“Natural wine” is a broad term that is used to describe traditional and ancient styles of winemaking. Producers tend to their vineyards by using organic or biodynamic farming principles and practices that eschew from the use of synthetic pesticides or unnecessary chemicals in the grapes’ growth, harvest and fermentation into wine.
Sulfites are added in considerably lower quantities than conventional wines, if added at all, allowing the wine to showcase a pure and unique snapshot of time, circumstance and life. Grapes are harvested and pressed by hand with the artful romance of creation tangible in every step of the process.
