Robust table wine for family meal (one big bowl of spaghetti and red sauce) and checkered tablecloths. A slight effervescence on opening.
A humble field blend comprised of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Raboso, and other native grapes.
The “Barbaboyz” have reclaimed some wild vineyards, tending meticulously to the abandoned plots owned by neighbouring elderly widows, fermenting the fruit and bottling the wine in garages. For elevated alley parties, red Solo cups and hand-rolled cigarettes.
