Young grower Olivier Horiot took over his father’s estate in the south of Champagne region in 1999 and immediately switched to biodynamic and organic farming practices.

Texturally complex with elegant minerality, the nose gives fresh strawberries doused with heavy cream, woody liquorice, and toasted brioche. A rare treat!
