We don’t need to remind you how much here at The Daughter we adore a magnum. This is a light and unsulphered red from the creative geniuses of Campania, Cantina Giardino.
Richly coloured Aglianico from a parcel of 80-year-old vines planted 500m above sea level, aged 12 months in chestnut casks, bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulphites. Spicy and leathery, savory olive oil cake and biscotti, dried herbs, and a touch of salinity.
