Bursting with energy and wildness, this blend of Coda di Volpe and Greco grapes gets fermented on the skins for 4 days, imbuing the juice with a rich honey hue, and adding a little structure and grip to the body.

Aged in a combination of terracotta amphorae and casks made from local woods. A zero-zero offering from our friends at Cantina Giardino.
